Hi Bryan,
Please take into consideration that between July 28th and July 31st inclusively, we are going through a maintenance period, some of our services may not work properly and some features on your account will be temporarily unavailable. Therefore, today our customers won't be able to activate or change a Sim card, or a phone number, among other features.
The maintenance is a necessary step for the stabilization period in order to keep improve our mobile services and resolve the remaining glitches and bugs in our system.
