SIM card was sent back to Ontario. How to get another one?
I am an happy Fizz customer and ordered a second SIM for my son's phone on july 22nd. The delivery of the SIM was expected on the 26th, when looking at the tracking on Canadapost, the delivery should be made on the 25th between 8:00 and 12:00, but it's still in transit. I live in Terrebonne, Quebec and on the 24th my parcel was in Pointe-Claire, Quebec out for delivery, now on the 29th the status is "Item re-routed due to processing error" and it's in Ottawa,Ontario. How do I contact FIZZ so they can make sure I get a SIM card promptly as I leave on vacation this thursday?
