Credit card limit?

Help i cannot add credit cards. My card wasn't working before and upon re-entry, it said that my limit had been reached.

    You need to contact the support

    Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us , if you are not connect login

    Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

    FACEBOOK
    Your can also send a message via facebook messanger
    https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)

    CONTACT FORM
    You can also fill a contact form from your account
    Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

    I have just reseted the limit on the payment methods associated with your account. You can try adding a payment method to your account using another internet browser or from a private browsing window.
    Please make sure that the address and postal code that you associate with your credit card on the Fizz account are the same as those you have reported to your bank, otherwise this payment method will be rejected.
    I also recommend that you enter the address in exactly the same way as it is visible on your bank account, respecting spaces, lowercase letters, as well as capital letters, accents and dashes. Try to copy and paste from the credit card account that you want to use.

    If you still can not associate a credit card to your account, do not hesitate to contact us again.
