How can i pay my bill,if i'm already deactivated?

i'm deactivated,but the end of my cicle arrive,and fizz has not taken the money from my credit card,what should i do?

    Check if your credit card is well configured in your account.
    If it is still there. You need to contact them.

    You can also fill a contact form from your account
    Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.
