My phone was stolen, I got a new SimCard, I follow the steps to activate it, but then I notice that I should do a different way to replace. And when I enter the code says that was already activated. How can I fix it? I wanna keep my number.

Depend what you did wrong. A sim card can be reused, but if you have activated an account with it you need to unsubscribe.
