How long are technical support escalations?

I have been unable to click the make monthly payment button since I changed credit cards on my account. Customer support cant help, its been escalated but I have been one 4 days without a phone line and its has been 2 days since its been escalated, this situation is very frustrating.

This is very frustrating, since I can understand problems, but this kind of problem should be solved on the spot.3

You should get back to them again. We never know you may get someone that is more proactive or more familiarized with this kind of problems

Usually my resets are taking 2 - 5 days to be solved. You can check the status of your request by communicating again with them.3

In my experience, I always received an answer by the 3rd day after the ticker has been opened.5
