I can't send and receive pictures on my one plus 6t. even if I have a data plan and that my data is open.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're experiencing, please verify your APN settings by following this FAQ here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

You can also go into your account and send the correct settings to your device automatically: Log into your Fizz account and follow this path:

My plans → Manage plan → Advanced parameters → Fizz network parameters → Resend me the notifications

Bure sure your APN are correct .

You can try to set your APN manually
Some phone need ticking and other work like a charm

With the oneplus 5t I do not have any problems. Follow the whizz post, since it seems an APN problem

It sure sounds like a APN parameters issue.

I have the same issue on my OnePlus​ 3. I tried entering the APN info manually, and it still doesn't work. Too bad I don't have a Facebook or Twitter account; the talk bubble isn't there so I guess I can't ask Fizz for help. Let me know what works for you Felix!
