I have not installed my service yet and I would like to cancel the subscription. when I cancel the appointment I get an error. Please let me know how I can cancel the subscription and get a refund (VIP installation + first-month payment)

You no longer want to install Fizz Home Internet at your service address: you must cancel the appointment by using the email or notification link.

Contact Fizz support to have this cancelled. Facebook seems to be more effective than live chat.3

As I have checked your account I can see that the "Cancel" button is active on your account. You need to go to "My plans"/"Manage plan"/"Appointments".
