Locked account for no reason?

Like the title says, this morning I tried to login to my account and I was notified that my account was locked because of too many failed login attempts. That was the first time I tried to login this morning so "too many" shouldn't apply. Could it be because Fizz forces people to modify their password at set intervals? Just checking if anybody else is experiencing this issue this morning.

Same experience for myself. Reset my password, but had to wait for the e-mail (~15 minutes). I was able to access my account after changing my password.8

Getting my account unlocked was easy enough. What I don't understand is why it was locked as I am 100% sure I didn't try to login this morning prior to obtaining the "account locked" message.
My point is: if Fizz is forcing users to update their password every so often, then a better message should be displayed instead of "too many failed logins attempts" when it's not the case.7 -
Keep in mind,
Fizz is in a stabilization period. Though the stabilisation period Might be only for the connection of your phone, I have seen some very weird bugs happen on the community site and the online website. For instance, as I was typing this post I randomly started getting Apprentice levels, from Level 3 to level 4 and then from Level 4 to level 5.
The stabilisation period Might also be affecting the website on the back end so it's very possible that this is something you might have to Simply wait it out or let Fizz know that this is happening!5 -

Same here. Weird Fizz glitch according to customer service, who I had to chat with because the reset password function wouldn't work for me. Just another one of the fun benefizz.7
