How do I receive a credit for the change in price? My service is not yet installed.

I have recently subscribed to the internet service, however my service has not yet been installed. I have been notified that there has been a price change. How can I receive a credit for the difference in price for my first month of service?

    You need to contact the support

    To chat with the support, make sure that:

    • You're logged into your Fizz account.

    • You're active on a help page. https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

    • You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).
    • You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.

    Hey @Daniel,
    On your second month of service, your price will be reduced to the existing in market prices we have today. So basically, you always get the same internet price as other Fizz members.

    You should find that your price will be reduced accordingly on your next bill.
