Intermittent issues for making or receiving calls and txt

For the last 3 months I have been having issues intermittently making and receiving calls and txt. Nobody can reach me and neither can I. However my data works fine I am able to go to internet. Also intermittently my phone will say "roaming " or "not on the network ". I will probably need to change provider if these issues cannot be resolved. I have checked all settings and they are all correct as specified by Fizz. What should I do

    There's not much to do.
    That's the downside of being part of the stabilization period with a new provider.

    seems to be fixed now

    Others reported similar problem today. Those should be fixed now.

    @Maurizio, which phone are you using?

    - Make sure you have latest OS updates on your phone.

    - You can try reset it to factory settings.
