I changed my plan last month before my billing cycle starts but still I was charged for my old plan (twice the price as compared to my new plan). How I will get the refund?
My payment for this month also failed even though my payment method is configured.
P.S. How to contact you in future as there is no chat popup every shown.

You can also fill a contact form from your account
