Fizz customer support will need to reset the limit for your account.
To chat with Fizz, make sure that:
- You're logged into your Fizz account.
You're active on a help page: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us
You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.

Looks like you need to remove some credit cards from your account.6

You should probably contact fizz.5

I accidentally added the wrong card to payment methods and a payment didn't go through and account was locked. When I added the correct one and made payment account was unlocked.6

I had same problem before after I input my billing address wrong. Just chat with Fizz and they'll remove the restriction. Not a big deal.6

That's an old problem, most certainly fixed now. But it's a well know problem, and it can be quickly fixed by contacting Fizz Support. See Fizzy's answer to see how to contact them.
If problem, you can select the answer that help you the most and it will close this thread.
