Couldn’t make calls outside my city. I’m covered throughout the province but it still said long dist

What the title said. Phone calls said I was long distance even tho I was within the province, which is what my coverage is.

    Which area do you live and which area code are you calling?

    If you live in Quebec city, you will not be able to go to Ottawa to make local calls.

    Fizz thinks you are either outside your subscription area or you are trying to call a number outside your coverage area.

    If you are trying to call within your coverage are, but you get the message that you are placing a long distance call please ignore it. It is just a message that remained in the network.
