My plan include China 1,000 min of voice,but i can't call the telephone number of China,Why?

in my plan-> Advanced Parameters,No international calls/Block outgoing international calls on this plan option is off,but it doesn't work!

Are your international calls working now? If not, have you checked with a different device and made the calls with the country's prefix before the number? For more information please do check our FAQ:
