Data meter not working?

I think my data meter is incorrect. How do I ask for a double check of it?

    Is not the first time. Check the data counter from your phone.

    It happened before. The data usage from your settings menu is more accurate anyways.

    You may also want to use an app from the store called "Data usage".After a while, it gives you a pretty good idea about your data needs.

    Since the last network outage, several customers have reported that the account data meter display is not accurate. You can use your in-phone usage monitor or an app as suggested by others.
