My card stoped working so i araised it and i want to add a new one but it sais that ive reached the maximum of cards in the account and i need my phone now.

I have reset the limit for your account. I strongly recommend you to delete your cookies or use a different browser. Also you will need to check again all the info of your credit card. I remind you that the billing address needs to be the same as the one you have declared at your bank.
