In the process you are able to manually type the billing address. I remind you that it must be the same as the one you have declared to your bank. Tks for all your answer. I had a long conversation with the support on messenger but they did not understand the problem & gave me 0 solution
It was the right biling adress, the same that I find on my bank account but it still doesn t swork.
I need a phone number asap so I ll go to Fido or whatever. Really bad experience!!
