You're active on a help page. https://fizz.ca/fr/nous-contacter
You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).- You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.

Logon to your account. You will see if your internet plan is active and also the payment charges that were taken. You should also have your installation appointment booked.
If there is a problem with any of this, you should open a chat with Fizz customer service.
