Why is my SIM card unauthorised to connect to Fizz?

Guys I have less than a week remaining of my 500 MB of data and yet everytime I try to connect to any fizz network I get a message that "This SIM is unauthorised to connect to this network" I have tried multiple phones, my old Mobilicity phone, My old WIND Phone and even Rogers. I know Mobilicity and WIND used the same network as Videotron and, therefore; Fizz but I am unauthorised to connect, what gives? Why would I want to even give this service a try if after so long I cannot get it to work on any phone?!
I know it's not APN settings because those only matter if you actually can register on the network which I am apparently unauthorised to do and I am talking about ALL the fizz networks, the extended one and the local one (I am in queerbec). I feel like I am going to lose my whole 500 mb of data and if that happens, screw this company. Good thing I kept my koodo active, 17 GB for $60!

Vous devez être durant les heures d'ouverture du Service client: du lundi au vendredi de 8h à 21h (HNE), les fins de semaine et jours fériés de 10h à 18h (HNE).- Tout bloqueur de publicité de votre navigateur doit être désactivé.
Si la bulle n'apparaît toujours pas, c'est que le nombre de sessions en attente est supérieur à notre capacité de traitement. À ce moment-là, laissez-nous un message sur Facebook Messenger ou en privé sur Twitter.

Contact the Fizz support! It's worth it me at the moment i have 15G can/us for 40$ and I don't know witch providers can do best!
By the way , I don't have any problems with my service except for the 2nd of April's blackout!6 -
Could be a defective Sim card and it need to be replace tech support will be able to assist you with that6
