Network issue?

I have an iPhone 8+ and have been using Fizz for a while now but for some reason my texts don't go through and my data isn't working. Can someone help?

    I do not have problem at this moment. It is strange but with Fizz sometime you need to reboot your phone

    Reboot your phone and/or toggle airplane mode
    Never need to do it with other (nameless) carrier but with fizz it's like Windows 95...

    @HP: I completely agree with you, I never turn off my phone before switching to fizz. But sometime helps with them.

    Fizz's service is not considered reliable or dependable at this point IMHO.
