add ons dose not work ?

hello, I purchased $3 adds on for 60 min of voice, but i can not make a call. syestem said "my plan does not have call function" (it is true, but I purchased this 60 mins of voice).

Your best bet is to try to chat with them or Facebook Messenger.
Also note that several users have reported bugs with "add ons" in the past.1 -

I think that with Fizz in order to use an addon, you need to have that feature on your plan. So to use a Call addon, you need the calling feature on your plan.
If you want to be able to make calls without a calling plan, you need to add funds to your wallet instead and it will use the pay as you go rates. Since you probably have no money in your wallet and no calling plan, you cannot use the addon.
You can contact support and likely get a refund for the addon and instead just add funds into your wallet and you will be able to make calls.1 -
