How can I add a credit card for payments?

Hello, my credit card connected to my account is now nonexistent. Im trynna get my new card on there to pay for my next month (startd may 7) but it keeps saying that...? There's only one card on my account, and when i try to delete that card , it says 'you cant do that, the card is already with a plan' something like that. Help me please thanks

    I have the same problem. I tried for two days, chatted with customer service but it still doesn't work. Now my line has been cut off. I'm still waiting for the new card to process but since I can't delete the old card I don't know if this would work.

    You have no choice to but to get a hold of support. These are the only methods of doing so:

    CHAT

    Go to this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, and make sure you are logged in. Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

    You can also send a message via facebook messenger

    CONTACT FORM

    You can also fill a contact form from you account webpage.

    Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form and fill out the form and someone wil email you back us

     

    If you still can't get help you would have to file a complaint with the CCTS to persue a resolution.
