Can't order SIM card. "There has been an error. Please try again. RESERVATION_CODE". What to do?

Haven't been able to find a response or contact anyone to help me with the issue. I'm trying to order a sim card for the first time and when I click submit order, I'm hit with "There has been an error. Please try again. RESERVATION_CODE" error message. A little frustrating since I have been trying to join Fizz for a while now. Hope it gets resolved

I am not sure what the "reservation code" error is referring to. Is it possible, you tried entering a referral code? Note that the referral program is suspended during the stabilization period and cannot be used.
Are you ordering 1 SIM card or multiple cards? There is a limit of 4 or less.
Please try with different browser (such as Firefox, Chrome, or Safari).
You can clear cache/cookies and try icognito mode if needed.
Make sure you do not have any ad blocker against Fizz webpage.

As a last resort solution you can try opening a new account before contacting Fizz by chat or Facebook.6
