Better have a chat with Fizz support if you have voicemail on your plan and when you call yourself it said you don't. It happens to me and support did fix it after a few days.2

Did you apply the free voicemail upgrade and removed it from your plan? Don't remove it because there is a glitch.

My voicemail doesn't work for months now and fizz says it is a known problem and have done nothing about it.1

I have same issue. i have 2 phones/lines with fizz. initially both cards were no working(only VM, in/out calls and data ok) on a verizone manufacturer unlocked LG VS986 phone.call forwarding and vm number properly set, still getting msg "The customer you are trying to call was unable to receive calls at the present time, please try again later". After several attempts I get the message on both phones, even the one that previously worked(sony xperia factory unlocked) has the same settings. that were previously working. I already opened a ticket with support a week ago.1

My voice mail seems to have stopped working . It worked when I first signed up and now people tell tell me they left me messages and I do not have any notifications of the messages nor do I even have any messages in my voice mail box.
How do I fix this?

You can try the visual voicemail ?
For those who aren’t familiar with Visual voicemail, let’s just say it’s a whole new ball game. Among its amazing features, a special mention goes out to listening and managing your messages without having to “call” your voicemail. Love. Love. Love.
And not only that, Visual voicemail is now our basic voicemail. Yup, for $2/month, you get the whole enchilada. Just make sure you also have data in your plan.
Once your plan is set, you just need to set up your phone.
- Android members > Download the Fizz | Visual voicemail app on Google Play.
- Apple members > You need iOS 15 or a later version, with a iPhone 6S or more recent.
- Any issues, and you've verified you're using iOS 15 or later please turn your device on/off
- If you power-cycled your device and are still having the same issue, please send the following text: "STATE to 44744" this should do the trick.

I am sorry to hear about this.
I just verified and from my side, the voicemail seems to be active.

I would recommend verifying if your phone has any recent updates that need to be made and also testing the SIM with a different phone if possible.
