Can I send MMS with Data and 0 minutes?

I changed my plan from unlimited minutes to 0 and 8GB data to 4GB. Since then, I am not able to send MMS.

    Do you still have unlimited text?

    Hello Rohan,
    To send and receive MMS you will need to have data and unlimited texts in your plan.
