"You have reached the maximum number of credit cards on an account"?

I created a new account with Fizz and would like to order a SIM card to get started, but I can't register a credit card on my account. I don't have one registered, and when I try to enter a new one it tells me the message in the question title.
Is this a temporary bug? Do I need to contact customer support to help with this?

Yes, you'll have to contact customer support and they'll reset it.

This bug happened to my friend when the billing address he entered was not the same as that of his credit card.
Like DavidC said, contact Fizz to have them reset the credit card. Then, make sure to enter the billing address associated with your credit card.
