Two of my friends accepted to join Fizz after i gave them my referral code, i know they activate their line using my referral code but i received only one activation notice in my reward page, what happened with the second activation? I can say that they are two different persons (two different new accounts).
Please contact me with a solution

You’re absolutely sure that he put your referral code? If yes contact fizz by chat or Facebook messenger

On your account, you can see which friend activated with your referral code

Select "MY PROFILE" on the left, then select "REFERRAL BONUSES" on right side.

 

Does your second friend having the PENDING REFERRAL when they check their account?

Or did you actually see this 2nd friend activate correctly with your referral code?

If its YES to either question, then contact Fizz customer service to fix this.

You have to make sure they click the green arrow next to the referral code box for it to be applied.
