After the Stabilization period, will I lose my introductory price?
I would like to know this because this is the only reason i signed up.
Furthermore, the page explaining that we would keep our introductory price has changed.
That is not the contract i signed.10 -

The only bad news there is that more hiccups are expected until July.Hmmm.7

Well... i think that's a wrong move. Personally i was only staying because of a low beta price.
If you remove beta price while having so many issues, It's a no brainer, that people will go back, to Fido for example. Never had any issues with them.
With Fizz, i got my money taken from my wallet without reason (reimbursed). I have issues with LTE/3G jumps. I don't have visual voicemail, I don't have caller name ID. I'm having issues with receiving SMS (still there are some sites I don't receive sms from). I i'll have to pay same price as Fido who has all the above features?
And yeah...
> At that point, regular prices will come into effect. You’ll be happily surprised by these once the stabilization period has come to an end. You will be notified of any change one month in advance.
That's very low of you...7 -
Pretty sure there is a big misunderstanding. I do agree it was worded wrongly. People who pay for introductory prices right now will receive another 10% discount on top of the 20%(introductory). After the period of 3 months, they will then go back to introductory prices. Nothing to worry about, you'll keep the introductory pricing unless you change your plan. Otherwise, its a bad move on Fizz's reputation...5

It would be nice if you could clarify the pricing after this stabilization period for current vs new customers. A lot of current customers are concerned about broken promises, and silence on the matter isn't helping their concerns.6

What will happen to my price after the stabilization period?
For members who will have subscribed BEFORE April 12, 2019.
Once the stabilization period is over, your plan will return to its launch (introductory) price. Please note, however, that if you change your plan after the stabilization period, regular prices will apply. You will be notified of the end of the stabilization period one month in advance.
For members who subscribe ON, OR AFTER, April 12, 2019.
Once the stabilization period is over, regular prices will come into effect and will therefore apply to your plan. You’ll be happily surprised by these once the stabilization period has come to an end. You will be notified of the end of the stabilization period one month in advance.
