Can I get refund for the unused zone-USA travel and on?

I purchased travel and on zone-USA on March 31 when I travel to Washington, but I can’t find a way to use it when crossed over the border, the provider was displaying AT&T, not FIZZ, so now I am back, I didn’t use the travel add on, could you please refund me back the cost of $20?
