no contact support number on website and i see many customers of yours asked already that question and no update on website was made because i cant see where it says TO CONTACT US CALL......

You can chat with them here how:
Go on this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, if you are not connect login
Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon
Your can also send a message by facebook
https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)9 -
There is no phone customer support, everything is done on the web.
And by the way, we're only a customer driven forum, not Fizz customer service.
If you need help with something, you can post your questions, maybe someone on the forum will be able to help.

Just use messenger, they are pretty reliable there. I’ve contacted them there 3 times already and they have always resolved the issue. Only gripe is that you need some patience.6

One of the way to have the chat bubble popping up, is to go into managing your account and click unsubscribe. It won't unsusbscribe immediately your account and there will be a fizz chat bubble popping up in the bottom right corner. So you can ask them for any support. Fizz internet customer service is excellent for resolving problems5

Facebook, messenger and the solution hub bubble chat all works pretty fine for me. I personally think that there should be a phone number.5
