Why my Texte voicemail data is not working?

I tried everything i can send text but cannot receive them, my voice mail say that I have not this service and my data is not working

When did you activate your plan?
If it is more than couple of hours contact the support.
Go on this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, if you are not connect login
Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon
Your can also send a message by facebook
https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)4 -
You can also check your APN settings (if on Android) or update your iOS (if on Apple) AND restarting your phone. If that fails, contact Fizz (easiest on Facebook messenger).3

My koodo account is still running i though you guys were supposed to cancel that for me, i think that is probably why it is not working properly0
