Go on this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, if you are not connect, you must loginwait ~15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the iconYour can also send a message by facebookhttps://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)
If you go to your account under "My profile", then "Referal bonuses", you supposed to see them. They could be pending or unlocked to get a discount on your bill.
If they are not applied yet, follow Mike instructions and contact them over the chat.
You should have 2 emails from Fizz.
You get !st email when your friend signs-up, saying the referral credit is PENDING.
When your friend pays for their 2nd month of service, you get 2nd email saying you earned $25 credit.
When you go to referral page on your account, it shows the current year (2019) by default.
If your friend joined before end of 2018, then you need to select 2018 to see last year's referrals.
