I added internet with fizz but it is not showing the internet subscription on my account, only mobil
I've been with fizz mobile for a few months now and recently decided to subscribe to their internet service. I went through each step and even entered my payment info, i received an email that setup at my apartment was the last step and then 1 week later received two separate emails to complete my subscription. My card has already been charged even, I don't want to "re subscribe" since ive already paid but the internet isnt showing on my account so im worried something still needs to be done. Anyone else have this problem?
