Still asking to activate my plan but can't accept the verification code any more,give me error plan

I chose the plan and paid everything, however I received an email to activate my plane and when I enter the Sim verification code it is said it is assigned to another member. Voicemail is not working and the text is not working because they can't see the number. I can't redeem the bonus because it says my plan is not active. I am really sad, can someone from the Fizz team help me?
