All day no voice, no SMS, no data and keep losing all the bars like no network at all.
What's going Fizz?
I hope you going to give a compensation for that mess.

It's unlikely a credit or refund.
How about 2g extra data perks for all users sounds?2 -
I do not think that we are going to see any compensation3

I asked and this is what they told me:
"The customers can be reimbursed only if the situation will take more than 48 hours. This information is avaailable in the Service agreement. Thank you for understanding!"3 -
3 times in around 5 months they have problem like this last 2 times:
2 Friday’s in a row in November if I remember
But never got anything for the outage2 -
