Why am I not able to get SMS or MMS messages 6 hours after my number was ported and is active on Fiz

No incoming texts. Everything with my new Fizz account works; data, voice calling, outgoing SMS, but no incoming SMS or MMS. I have done all the suggested technical checks and confirmations but still no incoming texts. Please help.

For th first time i also had trouble receiving texts today. Maybe their network?1

Try to turn OFF your phone for an hour
Sometimes that solves the problem1 -
The texts are sent from other mobile phones or from companies for the 2-factor authentication?0
