You can also send a message by Facebook

If you have already confirmed your order with the credit card payment, I don't think there is a way to cancel it.
If you just want to cancel an order that has not been processed and confirmed yet, it will be canceled automatically in 48 hours.
Unfortunately Fizz didn't think of an obvious "cancel" button found in almost all internet orders of others company.0 -
