Voice mail - No one can leave a message?

I have access to my voicemail, but when people try to leave me a message they don't hear my greeting message. Instead, an automatic message is saying that their number is unknown and they have to enter it, but they keep hearring " it seems like there is a problem". It then automatically hungs up.
How do I fix that?

When did you activate your phone?
Did you transfer your number?
If your number is fresh new wait 2 hr.

Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon)
Your can also send a message by facebook
https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)
You can also fill a contact form
From the panel My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited)

My phone number and the voice mail were activated a month ago. The bubble icon doesn't appear, as I said I already followed the link you gave me and I already send a message on messenger.

Sorry about that, I missed.
In my Firefox I got the icon for the chat, you can try with a different browser.
Facebook can take sometime, but they will answer, eventually.

Hmmm interesting... Have you tried calling your phone from another line to check yourself?

Have you tried to initiate chat with this link https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/que-faire-si-je-narrive-pas-me-connecter-mon-compte-fizz .
You should see bubble chat in the next 15 seconds at the bottom right of the page.

You voicemail is activated?For first time you have to setup voicemail like choice greetings.

I have the same problem and they have refused to fix it for months now.
People can call me and they get that WEIRD message and can't leave a message.
Fizz is doing nothing to fix it but when you talk to them they claim they will fix it etc.
