Contact fizz support. They will open a ticket and fix it for you.

Check your APN settings and make sure your phone is compatible with Fizz's frequency. Make sure your phone is unlocked (obviously) and try inserting another sim card in your phone.
If nothing works, on your plan, click on unsubscribe button and you should see a chat bubble right away to contact Fizz.

Which phone are you using (can you give the exact model), for example there exists two iphone 8 (A1905 et A1907) this can apply to almost all the phones since this can impact your LTE problem.
