I have no signal from Fizz, How can i fix it ?

I´ve restarted the phone, check my sim card, turn on and of the wifi signal, apn, but still nothing , can you please help me?

Did you just sign up recently? It may be that your account is not fully activated yet.5

Make sure you are in the open and try again, or use another sim card to test, or try the sim card using another phone. Try to single out the problem first I would say. If it still doesn't work, maybe there was a problem with your payment and Fizz cut your plan, in which case you'd have to contact them.

I had bad sim in one of my sim card , Fizz ask me to order new one and refund me the cost of old one. Ask Fizz if you can do the same as I did.3
