Is it possible to order and activate a sim card without selecting a plan ?

i have noticed the reward program i need to know if i have to use a plan to consume these ?

of course not if it was like that we would all being doing this aha the answer is simple as far as i know my plan needed to not only activate but selecting a plan before to be able to do something

Yes, you need to have an active plan on your account in order to be able to use the reward program.
