Mobile service not working

Hello everybody!
I ordered a SIM card for a phone I used to have and activated it upon receival.
The thing is, I lost that phone.
So I ordered a new SIM card, bought a new mobile, did that option of transferring
FIZZ phone number to the new SIM card.
Nothing so far, for a few days, they say the service is not working and I have no idea
why.
The FIZZ website keep telling me to activate my SIM but I already transferred it and activated
it. Then I got rid of that paper with the activation code, cannot write it again, it's gone.
I tried contacting FIZZ on Messenger but no reply and the chat bubble is never appearing.
A little help would be greatly appreciated!
Love FIZZ low prices but would love even more to be less left in the dark as I am paying for
a service that is not working...

Have you tried this link https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do to initiate chat ? You should see the bubble chat in the next 15 seconds

Sometimes Fizz transfer stop in between, you need contact Fizz and finish the activation, and you'll get fully functioning service after.0
