I have been charged multiple times for my Internet. Please refund the excess charges.

    Even after refund, you need to check your credit card and make your own calculation as their system is still glitchy. That's my personal experience with the service.

    Verify your transaction history and also the one of credit card to make sure you have well received the refund.
