Cannot view texts with attachments, Blackberry 10 device

I can receive text messages with only text, but cannot view messages with attachments. Device is a Blackberry 10 device. Settings under APN for data and texts have been checked, mobile data is on, device restarted, ongoing issue. Has anyone with the same device had similar issue and resolved it?

Problem set. I deleted my settings and I went to my profile in the parameter to go ahead and ask again to send me the settings fizz I save and all works wonderfully9

Did you test with few phone numbers with different carriers?
For me, I have an issue only from my Fizz phone to Rogers. Fizz is investiguating about it. It's working with others like Fido (yep, I know Fido is Rogers, but...), Bell, etc.
If it's not working with ALL carriers, it's probably your APN config...4 -
Fizz is not so friendly wiht BB 10, if possible, upgrade to new android based BB model.4

On BB10 devices it is difficult to properly set the APN. Unfortunately there is no good solution that results in everything working properly always. I think it is due to the Fizz SIM not having the correct APN settings built into it (it populates Videotron APN settings).5
