I remove all the credit card on my account and now I am trying to put one in and this is the message I am getting : You have reached the maximum number of credit cards allowed on an account.

On the account, I don't remember if it's under "my profile", "payment method" or "my plans", "manage" and "payment method", if you reach the maximum number of credit cards allowed, you can contact customer care to help you.
I think it's under "my profile". It's also there you can change the default paiment method if you have more than one card. It's not there when you don't have reach the limit, so I can't check. But I saw this link few days ago.
Otherwise, chat with customer care, they will fix for you.

Common problem, use Facebook messenger , or contact form in (my profile) and complain , attach your account info. Fizz will release the restriction in 24 hours.5

I've used 3 different credit carsd on my account: one to order the sim card, one to subscribe, and one to pay for the monthly charges. I did not such as message. Now it depends on how many you've used. BTW, are using prepaid credit cards?5 -
Did you sort it out? Mine was resolved, use new card now. Fizz removed the restrictions after I sent a ticket with contact form.3
