You can initiate chat by open a help page for example this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do.
You'll see a bubble chat at the right bottom in the next 15 seconds

-Customer support by chat is available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST). Outside these hours the customer chat bubble will not be visible.
