The Huawei Y7 Prime does not support LTE-FDD B4 (or Band 4) which may explain why data is not working.7 -
I just activated last night on an iPhone.
Data wasn't working at first.
After I did some research online, here is what I did (basically a reboot) to get it working immediately:
1. turn on airplane mode
2. turn off the phone
3. turn on the phone
4. turn off airplane mode
After these steps, data worked for me and was great

GSM Arena indicates no band 4 for either 3G or LTE, so your only option for data is to connect to Fizz Ext which, depending on your area, should offer some other frequencies. But you can't use Fizz Ext exclusively so this is a temporary solution and you'll need to get a different phone if you want to stay with Fizz.3 -
