Try 1234 first, if not, check your SMS to see if it's there. Otherwise chat fizz. Please visit https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues, wait a few seconds until you see the green bubble on bottom right, click it and start chat

I got my PIN via a sms from fizz when i activated my line.
If that does not work, try contacting fizz via facebook messenger.
