Voicemail still not functioning when on FIZZ-EXT?

This is really frustrating these guys aren't fixing this and I have to pay for voicemail.
When called wants to leave a message "Welcome to Fizz Please enter your PIN".........................

    You're on Fizz-EXT, but are your one your coverage? Ex, if you're in US but having Canada unlimited, you can put a travel add-on for US or update to Can/US coverage but il will be applied next billing cycle on your account. If it's still not working, we are a community hub here and don't have acces to your account, so I will recommand you to click on bubble chat on the bottom on any FAQ page. Make sure you're connected to get the bubble chat.
